The mission statement of the West Coast Square and Round Dance Association is to:
A. Promote the extension of square and round dancing in our area by informing the general public of the healthful recreational opportunities in square and round dancing,
B. To encourage a high standard of dancing; to promote an active fellowship among dancers through jamborees, open dances, callers, publicity, training programs, etc.;
C. To encourage the formation of more square and round dance groups and clubs;
D. To bring about a spirit of cooperation among callers, teachers and dancers in our area and those in other districts in Florida.
